Fotodiox Lens Mount Adapter with Leica 6-Bit M-Coding - Canon EO
Product description
If you have a SLR or DSLR camera and other maker/mount lenses, the Fotodiox Mount Adapters allow you to use your lenses on the film/digital camera body. Sharing lenses has some distinct advantages. Certain prime lens just can't be replaced, and you save the cost of purchase on new lenses. Fotodiox offers a range of adapter from large format to smaller format digital adapters. Adapting larger format lens to smaller format sensors (i.e: large format to medium format, medium format to 35mm, 35mm to micro 4/3) provides excellent edge-to-edge sharpness. The smaller image field helps minimize the effects of lens distortion and aberration by using the 'sweet spot' or center of the larger lens image circle.
This Fotodiox lens mount adapter is made with high standard precision. Its all metal design and polished surface is designed to guarantee smooth mounting and long lasting experiences. This adapter allows all Canon EOS Mount Lenses (EF amp; EF-S) to fit on all Leica M mount camera bodies.
Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. In this case "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body. You can shoot with manual mode or aperture priority mode. Infinity focusing is allowed.
Actual product packaging and contents may differ from image shown due to packaging or product updates by manufacturer.

I attempted to correct the definition of a radio station call sign which was incorrectly defined in this website. It was the definition of KELG. I know the history of KELG because I was the President and founder of the company that applied for the license of KELG and put the station on the air. When I attempted to enter the correct information, my entry was flagged by Facebook, although I had not knowingly posted it on Facebook.
For the record, this was my post that was found to violate Facebook standards, and again, to be clear, I never posted it on Fascebook, yet I was told by Facebook that it violated community standrards...
The FCC Call Sign KELG was originated by Fred Lundgren when he founded a company named Bastrop County Communications in 1976 and applied for the original license of the Elgin, Texas radio station. The license was granted in 1979. The station operated with a four tower parallelogram on 1440 AM with a directional array designed to put a city grade signal over Austin, Texas. Therefore, KELG stands for K-Elgin and is not related to the non-description in definitions.net.more »

So far, I have encountered an interesting array of words and facts about how the language has changed which is interesting to see how youths are re-writing our words and definitions to, I believe, make it easier to understand and quicker to get their points across.more »

Fun Fact! On your page that describes the 'Definitions API' and how to get it, the word 'definitions' is spelled DEFNITIONS. (somebody at STANDS4 needs a 'whupping' with a wet noodle!) tsk tsk tsk......
I appreciate the word of the day and definition. It helps to keep my brain active. Pain consumes most of my brain thought, so the errors of the day and definition, and your interesting facts look this site are something I really look forward to. Thank you so much!more »
